1. Introduction These Terms and Conditions creationsnetwork’s website, www.creationsnetwork.in govern the contractual relationship between Creations Network, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and the client, hereinafter referred to as "the Client," for the provision of event management services. By engaging our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided The Company agrees to provide event management services as outlined in the agreement between Creations Network and the Client. This may include but is not limited to venue selection, vendor coordination, logistics management, guest management, and on-site event coordination.

3. Client Responsibilities The Client agrees to provide all necessary information and materials to Creations Network in a timely manner to facilitate the provision of services. This includes but is not limited to event preferences, budgetary constraints, and any specific requirements.

4. Payment Terms Payment terms will be as outlined in the agreement between Creations Network and the Client. The Client agrees to make all payments in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to do so may result in the suspension or termination of services.

5. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellation of services by the Client must be made in writing to sudip@creationsnetwork.in and may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be provided in accordance with the Refund and cancellation policy:

6. Liability Creations Network shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property arising from the provision of services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of Creations Network.

7. Force Majeure Creations Network shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the provision of services arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government regulations.

8. Confidentiality Creations Network agrees to keep all information provided by the Client confidential and to use it only for the purposes of providing services under this agreement.

9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, India.

10. Amendments These Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified only in writing and signed by both parties

11. Entire Agreement These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between Creations Network and the Client and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
