Refund and Cancellation

1. Introduction These Refund and Cancellation creationsnetwork’s website, www.creationsnetwork.in govern the contractual relationship between Creations Network, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and the client, hereinafter referred to as "the Client," for the provision of event management services. By engaging our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these Refund and Cancellation.

5. Cancellation and Refunds Cancellation of services by the Client must be made in writing to sudip@creationsnetwork.in and may be subject to cancellation fees as outlined in the agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be provided in accordance with the following policy:
- If cancellation is made before 15 days from the event date, the Client is eligible for a 50% refund.
- If cancellation is made between 15 to 7 days from the event date, the Client is eligible for a 30% refund.
- If cancellation is made within 7 days or less from the event date, the Client is eligible for a 0% refund.

11. Entire Agreement These Refund and Cancellation constitute the entire agreement between Creations Network and the Client and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.
